PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Our goal is to better the
status of veterans of the armed services of the United States by
developing projects and programs which address the needs of these
veterans including the plight of homeless veterans, the reintegration of
homeless veterans into the work force and the establishment of programs
which will educate the general public on veterans issues.
Stand Down 2009 provides veterans and their
families with hope that they can rebuild their lives. We hope this
experience will help renew their health, finances and spirit.
As a former Marine Corps pilot, I remember the many
veterans that served their country so that all of us are able to live a
safe and secure lifestyle in the United States.
Many of these veterans need your help and support
throughout the year.
